Privacy Policy
Needlyst applies data minimization to website analytics and approved processing of limited public posts for product-recommendation assistance.
Data we process
We may process security logs, approximate device and browser information, consent choices, pages viewed, referral source, and pseudonymous click identifiers. Through approved official platform access, we may process limited public posts, permalinks, content IDs, timestamps, and sufficient conversation context.
Purpose and minimization
Analysis concerns an individual post or opportunity. Needlyst does not enrich identities or build persistent purchasing profiles of authors, and does not place social usernames or message text in affiliate-network tracking parameters.
Human review
Software may help classify redacted public text and draft a response. During the MVP, no social reply is published automatically: a human reviewer must approve or edit it. Needlyst does not use public social content to train a foundation model.
Retention
Proposed retention limits are up to 30 days for rejected social opportunities and up to 90 days for qualified opportunities, with shorter periods where platform terms require them. Deleted platform content and identifying data are removed promptly.
Access and deletion
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability by contacting privacy@needlyst.com. We may verify a request without collecting excessive identity data.
Security and contact
Needlyst uses access controls, encryption, secret management, logging, rate limits, data minimization, and deletion workflows. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@needlyst.com.
